This innovative design simplifies your processing flow, reduces capital investment, and ensures continuous, unobstructed operation even when handling high humidity, viscous materials such as wet pit gravel, clay ore, and construction waste.
  • The self-cleaning drum screen separation part used for anti clogging clay separation adopts a series of reverse rotating shafts equipped with wear-resistant disc components. When the material moves on the drum platform, the positive rolling action can effectively break the clay lumps, and at the same time, fine powder and mud will fall through precisely controlled gaps. The staggered disc design can prevent eye blockage and entanglement, which are common faults of traditional vibrating screens, ensuring continuous operation and minimizing manual intervention.
