Premium Material Sourcing: Carbon steel plates are custom-ordered from industry-leading manufacturers, including Shandong Steel, Baowu Steel, HBIS Group, and Hanzhi Special Steel. We can procure plates up to 3.2m wide for shells and 3.7m wide for heads, significantly reducing the number of longitudinal and circumferential seams as well as head splice welds.

High-Quality Welding Consumables: For Q345R steel, we utilize Lincoln Electric () SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) wire and flux. For 16MnDR plates, H09MnDR specialized low-temperature wire is used to ensure stable weld integrity and a superior aesthetic finish.

Advanced Coating Systems: We offer two coating options: domestic two-component epoxy primer + polyurethane topcoat, or imported Jotun () two-component epoxy primer + polyurethane topcoat. Both options provide excellent weather resistance and a premium appearance.

High-Precision Laser Cutting: All materials undergo laser cutting with a diagonal tolerance within 0.05 mm, providing high-precision fit-up to ensure optimal welding quality.

Specialized Stainless Steel Welding: For stainless steel ≤10mm, plasma arc welding (PAW) is employed for single-side welding with double-side formation. This reduces wire consumption, eliminates carbon arc gouging to prevent carburization, and ensures minimal heat input. The radiographic testing (RT) qualification rate exceeds 99%.

Efficient Shot Blasting: We utilize first pass-through shot blasting line for large tanks (up to 4m diameter). A 200m³ tank can be blasted to an Sa2.5 finish in just 10 minutes, ensuring a high-quality substrate for painting.

Chloride Control for Hydrotesting: We operate a dedicated reverse osmosis/deionization water purification system and stainless steel storage tanks to ensure the chloride ion content in hydrotesting water for stainless steel vessels remains below 25mg/L.
