Key Features

1. Our fixed type vacuum emulsifier homogenizer adopts the foreign advanced design.

2. We adopt the imported mechanic seal to ensure reliable tightness.

3. The stator and rotor of the homogenous head are tightly coupled, 1-2mm. One-time casting to finalize the mold.

4. We check the main spare part with imported two-dimensional three-coordinate detection equipment to ensure

spare parts' high quality and reliability.

5. Top one direction mixing, speed:0-63 RPM, Delta inverter control.

6. Bottom high shearing homogenizing head, speed 0-3000 rpm, Delta inverter control.

7. Mixing motors adopt Siemens or ABB brands.

8. Electric elements adopt Delixi or Chint brand.

9. Adopts NSK or TPI bearing.

10. Tanks' material adopts high-quality domestic SUS304 and SUS 316.
