CO low-temperature shift catalyst is used to shift carbon monoxide from synthesis gas such as natural gas, refinery gas, coke oven gas and blast furnace gas to carbon dioxide. After medium (high) temperature shift, the gas needs to pass through low-temperature shift furnace to reduce CO content to less than 0.3%, thereby achieving gas purification.
Our catalyst has high low-temperature activity, good stability, low bed resistance, as well as high production intensity. When operating under low steam/gas ratio condition, the energy-saving effect is also significant. Its performance is superior to similar domestic low temperature shift catalysts, reaching global standard.
It can be widely used in synthetic ammonia plants and hydrogen production units using natural gas, oilfield gas, light oil, coal and other raw materials, especially suitable for use under low steam/gas ratio conditions in energy-saving synthetic ammonia plants.
