Product details

Wet Pan Mill are used for grind-ing gold ore, particularly small-sizedrock gold, to a fineness of 100-150mesh. Many customers prefer import-ed wet disc mills due to their low costand high productivity. Most important-ly, wet disc mills allow for direct pro-cessing of pure gold, making themideal for those starting a small business.

1.Feeding and Wetting: Gold ore is mixed with water to form a slurry.

rcury Addition: A certain amount of mercury is added.

3.Wet pan Mill Grinding: The ore particles are crushed to improve contact with the mercury.

4.Formation of the Gold-Amalgam: Through this grinding and mixing process, the gold in the ore gradually reacts with the mercury, forming the amalgam.

5.Alloy Separation and Recovery: After the gold-amalgam is formed, it is physically separated from the wet pan mill using closed equipment or by evaporation followed by
