Approx. 30-60 minutes for standard models; less than 15 minutes for models with quick-change molds and parameter storage functions, supporting fast switching of multiple products.

Free on-site installation, commissioning and trial production, plus training for 1-2 operators (covering operation, routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting). Operation manuals, maintenance manuals and video tutorials are provided.

Semi-automatic: Single / multi-head piston or magnetic pump filling machines, ideal for small-batch, multi-variety production. Special-purpose models: Negative pressure type (for liquor / red wine), atmospheric pressure type (for drinking water), pressure type (for carbonated drinks), servo type (for high-precision filling of essential oils / pharmaceuticals).

Oem/Odm Customization Is Available: Capacity, Number Of Filling Heads (2-72 Heads), Filling Volume Range; Materials (Food-Grade 304 / 316L Stainless Steel); Adaptation To Special Bottle Shapes / Caps, Integration Of Bottle Unscrambling, Labeling, Inkjet Coding, Film Wrapping And Other Supporting Equipment; Modification For Special Working Conditions Such As Explosion-Proof, Anti-Corrosion And Aseptic Requirements.

The whole machine is warranted for 1 year; wearing parts (seals, valves, pump cores) are warranted for 3-6 months. Free repair / replacement of non-human-induced damaged parts during the warranty period; lifelong maintenance is provided. On-site service within 24-48 hours domestically; remote guidance and spare parts support are available overseas.

Standard models: delivered in 20-30 days; customized models: 30-45 days (subject to contract terms). Payment terms: 30% advance payment, 70% balance paid before shipment; Letter of Credit (L/C) and Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) are accepted.
