1. Sunflower seeds pretreatment & pre-pressing machine

Through sunflower oil pretreatment machine, the sunflower seeds are adjusted in the best condition, and then sent into sunflower oil pre-pressing machine to extract sunflower oil.

Sunflower oil solvent extraction process
sunflower oil solvent extraction plant will meet your requirement for oil extraction, high efficient and low consumption.
1) Extract oil from sunflower cake inside sunflower oil extractor after solvent mixing, and the final products are mixed oil and wet meal.
2) The mixed oil will pass through two evaporators to make solvent inside transform into gas, and solvent will be recovered through condensers and reused. These two evaporators are not with same size, the first evaporator is bigger than the second one because there are more solvent inside mixed oil in the beginning. After evaporating, the oil will be pump into the stripping tower. Finally, we will get crude sunflower oil ready for oil refining.
3) The wet meal will be delivered to desolventizer to dry and be separated with solvent. The dry meal will be packaged for sale as animal feed, in which oil residue inside meal is less than 1%.

3.Sunflower Oil Refinery Plant
Because of high wax content, sunflower oil refinery plant has one more process than other vegetable oil refinery plant. So except for degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization, sunflower oil dewaxing process should be added after deodorization process in sunflower oil refining process.
Main process of the sunflower oil refinery plant
Crude sunflower oil → degumming & dephosphorization → deacidification → drying → decolorization → deodorization → defatting → dewaxing → finished sunflower oil.
1. Crude sunflower oil degumming
In this step gums in crude sunflower oil are removed by hydration with the help of phosphoric acid.
2. Deacidification (neutralization)
In this step free fatty acids are neutralized by using sodium hydroxide and convert them into soap. Additional impurities are also removed by adsorption on soap.
3. Decolorization
During de-colorization, unwanted pigments are adsorbed physically and oil will become much clearer.
4. Deodorization
Deodorization is used to remove unacceptable odors by steam distillation, the odoriferous compound are stripped off with the help of live injected steam into heated oil under high vacuum pressure.
5. Dewaxing (necessary for sunflower oil)
Sunflower oil dewaxing machine reduce wax content in sunflower oil, which help increase edibility of sunflower oil.

1. Neutralization pot: For acid refining, alkali refining and water washing.
2. Decolorization pot: Bleach oil and remove pigment from oil.
3. Deodorization pot: Remove odor from oil (Made of stainless steel).
4. Heat conduction oil furnace: Provide heat energy for production, the temperature can reach 280°C.
5. Vacuum pump: Provide vacuum degree for decolorization and deodorization,up to above 755mgHg.
6. Air compressor: Dry decolorization bleaching clay.
