Working Principle
energy-saving ball mill is working, the torque is transmitted to the ball mill girth gear and pinion by the motor and the reducer, to make the ball mill cylinder rotate. Due to the joint action of the rotating ball mill cylinder and the cylinder liner, a part of the steel balls (or other grinding medium) rise to a certain height, and make free-falling motion to produce impact force, which hits the material in the cylinder, and the rest of the steel balls mixing with the material perform the sag movement to generate friction, and collide the material during the rotation of the cylinder, the material is ground to a certain degree of fineness, and the coarse material continuously enters from the feeding port. Due to the fluidity of the material, the fine material after grinding is discharged from the discharging port.
