CANGAS PSA oxygen cylinder filling plant system incorporates Atlas Copco screw air compressor, Domnick refrigerant air dryer and filters, CAPO series PSA oxygen generator, air buffer tank and oxygen buffer tank, oxygen booster and filling station.
Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of compressed air source. The generator produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at 90%-96% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure, then reach to 150bar/200bar to filling cylinders with an oxygen booster.
By using advance ZMS, CANGAS oxygen cylinder filling plant can ensure the efficiently flow rate and stable purity, and also the long-time service life.

Warranty: PERIOD of warranty is 18 months after shipment or 12 months after commissioning, whichever occurs first. It is responsible for CANGAS to analysis, answer breakdowns for users all through the working life of CANGAS oxygen generator. Installation & Commissioning & Training: CANGAS service engineer is available to instruct the installation and start up of this plant (6 days at job site with service fee or remotely).If job site service is needed the buyer should prepare flights, accommodation, food and local transportation for CANGAS service engineer.
