Product details

Zhongsheng Pump IHF is a single-stage, single-suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical pump. This pump is designed and manufactured in combination with the processing technology of non-metallic pumps. The pump body uses a metal shell lined with polytetrafluoroethylene-propylene (F46), while the pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are made of metal inserts coated with fluoroplastic and integrally sintered and pressed.

The shaft seal uses PTFE packing materials, and the inlet and outlet are reinforced with cast steel bodies. Zhongsheng Pump's chemical pumps are designed and optimized using computer technology.

It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life.

Widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgical, smelting, electric power, electroplating, dye, pesticide, papermaking, food, and textile industries.
