Versatility for Different Applications: JKZ designs its units to be flexible. There are "mini" models for smaller rigs and HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling), as well as larger, more powerful systems for major oil & gas projects. Units can be customized with or without a drying shaker, depending on whether you are using unweighted or weighted drilling mud.

Innovative "Mud Cleaner" Design: Some desanders models are integrated with a fine-mesh shale shaker underneath the hydrocyclones. This design, known as a mud cleaner, allows the liquid discharged from the cyclone's top to be screened again, recovering valuable drilling fluid and producing drier, more manageable cuttings.

High-Quality Components for Durability: The equipment features robust construction for longevity in harsh field conditions. Key components include Italian OLI brand vibration motors for reliability, wear-resistant polyurethane sealing materials, and heavy-duty pre-tensioned screens for quick replacement.

Compact and Space-Saving: A significant advantage is the compact, integrated design of their desander units, which saves valuable space on drilling rigs. This streamlined structure also simplifies installation and maintenance compared to more complex, traditional systems
