Suitable for metal ores (gold, copper, iron, lead-zinc, etc.), non-metallic minerals (quartz, feldspar, barite, graphite, etc.), building materials (cement, slag), chemical industry (pigments, fertilizers), and ceramic raw materials.

"1518" means the drum size is 1500mm in diameter * 1800mm in length, which is the standard industry designation. This model is one of the most popular sizes for small to medium ceramic plants, glaze factories and non-metallic mineral processing facilities.

Typical loading capacity is 1.0-1.2 tons per batch, depending on material density and grinding media ratio. For higher output, larger models or multiple units in parallel are available.

Feed material should be pre-crushed to no larger than 25mm. Oversized feed reduces grinding efficiency and increases energy consumption; best results are achieved at around 20mm.

Wet grinding can reach 0.074mm (approx. 200 mesh). Dry grinding can reach 1000-16,000 mesh (5-10 microns or even finer). Fineness is fully controlled by grinding time -the longer you grind, the finer the product.

Options include high-alumina ceramic, silica (quartz), rubber, high-manganese steel or stainless steel. Ceramic liners offer zero iron contamination and longest life; silica is lowest cost; rubber is light and energy-saving; high-manganese steel suits high-hardness materials. Different liners can be swapped quickly-one machine, multiple uses.
