The SJSZ80/156 Conical Twin Screw Extruder is a heavy-duty extrusion machine specifically engineered for processing PVC powders into pipes, profiles, sheets, and granules.

It is characterized by its high torque, efficient mixing, and high-pressure extrusion capabilities, making it a standard choice for Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) and PVC production lines.

1. Technical Specifications Screw Configuration

1) Conical twin screws with a small end diameter of 80 mm and a large end diameter of 156 mm. Production Capacity: 550 kg/h to 600 kg/h.

2) Power System: Equipped with a main motor power of 55 kW to 75 kW, often featuring AC or servo motors for energy efficiency.

3) Material Quality: Screws and barrels are typically made from 38CrMoAlA with nitriding treatment, or bimetallic alloys for enhanced wear resistance.

4) Gearbox: Features a high-torque integral gearbox (vertical or horizontal type) designed to handle the heavy load of PVC powder extrusion.

2. Key Features & Design Degassing System

1) Includes a vacuum degassing unit to remove moisture and air bubbles from the melt, ensuring structural integrity in finished products.

2) Precision Control: Standard models utilize Siemens or ABB electrical components and RKC/Omron temperature controllers for precise thermal management across multiple heating zones.

3) Uniform Plasticization: The conical design allows for high-pressure compression at the feeding end and lower shear rates at the discharge, preventing material degradation while ensuring a homogeneous melt.

3. Common Applications

1) PVC/UPVC/CPVC Pipes: Water supply, drainage, and electrical conduit pipes.

2) WPC Products: Decking, fencing, and door frames.

3) PVC Profiles: Window frames, door panels, and decorative trim.

4) Pelletizing: Converting raw materials into plastic granules for further industrial use.
