Product details

A517 steel plate is a high strength quenched and tempered pressure vessel steel manufactured in accordance with ASTM standard. It is widely used in high pressure container manufacturing, boiler equipment, energy engineering and heavy industrial structural projects. The material features ultra high tensile strength, excellent low temperature toughness and stable mechanical performance under high pressure working conditions, making it one of the most reliable steel grades for pressure bearing equipment production. Our A517 steel plates are produced through strict heating, quenching and tempering treatment processes. Precise temperature control ensures uniform internal structure, fine grain distribution and stable chemical composition. The finished steel plate shows excellent pressure resistance, impact resistance and fatigue resistance. It maintains stable performance under high pressure and variable temperature environments without deformation, leakage risk or structural failure, ensuring high safety for industrial pressure equipment. A517 steel plate has good processing and welding performance. It can be cut, bent, formed and welded smoothly according to customer processing requirements. After heat treatment and secondary processing, the steel plate still retains stable strength and toughness, suitable for deep fabrication of various pressure vessels and mechanical structural parts. This steel grade is mainly applied in industrial fields including pressure container manufacturing, boiler body fabrication, chemical equipment, petroleum industry facilities and high strength mechanical structures. It is highly recognized by global buyers for its stable quality, high pressure bearing capacity and long service life..The surface is standard hot rolled black surface with clean and flat appearance. Custom anti rust oil and shot blasting treatment can be provided to meet international export and marine transportation standards.
