This allows it to efficiently produce popular stand-up pouches with a drinking spout, a format highly favored for juices, yogurts, and other liquid beverages. The machine automates the entire process, from pouch picking and opening to filling, spout insertion, and sealing.

High-Precision & Flexible Liquid Filling The machine is designed to handle liquid products with precision and care. It can be equipped with various liquid filling systems like piston or peristaltic pumps to ensure accurate filling, prevent dripping, and avoid issues like foaming or splashing. Some configurations even feature dual filling stations, which can halve the filling time for increased efficiency.

Versatility for Various Beverage Types While it is designed for liquid filling, the SG-180C can also handle a range of other products such as powders, granules, and pastes when equipped with different filling devices. This makes it a versatile solution for manufacturers with diverse product lines. It is commonly used for applications including beverages, juices, yogurt, sauces, and edible oils.

Our packing machine can pack doypack( stand up pouch), sachet( flat bags, stick saches). Optional function includes adding zipper, spout, making shaped pouch, etc.

Our packing machine can pack different types of product, such as powder, granule and liquid. Also our machine can pack irregular product.

We have simplex machine(30-80 ppm), duplex machine(60-160 ppm), triplex machine(90-240 ppm) and quadruplex machine(120-320 ppm).

We accept bank transfer and letter of credit. For other payment, please check with us.

It depends on which model you order. Standard machine commonly is 30-60 days. Customized machine need longer time.
