    Single drum one large rotating cylinder, simple and robust, best for heavy/dense materials (sand, ore, coal, minerals) with lower initial moisture (5 25%). Triple drum = three nested cylinders in one compact unit, higher thermal efficiency, best for lightweight/high moisture materials (sawdust, biomass, feed). Single drum is cheaper per unit capacity and easier to maintain.

    50+ materials: sand (river/sea/silica/quartz), ores (iron, copper, manganese, gold, bauxite, nickel), coal (lignite, slime), minerals (gypsum, limestone, clay, kaolin, bentonite, mica), chemicals (fertilizer, calcium carbonate, soda ash, titanium dioxide), biomass (wood chips, sawdust, rice husk), agriculture (grain, alfalfa), sludge, and more. Tell us your material we'll confirm if single drum or recommend triple drum if better suited.

    Standard design handles 5 25% initial moisture 0.5 3% final. For higher initial moisture (25 40%), we extend cylinder length and increase lifting plate density. The dryer performs best when inlet material is free flowing if your material is slurry/paste (40%+ moisture), we recommend pre dewatering (filter press, screw press) or a different drying technology.

    Depends on your local fuel cost and material sensitivity: Coal cheapest fuel, common in Asia/Africa (needs manual feeding or automatic stoker) Natural gas clean, automatic, ideal where gas is cheap (Middle East, North America) Diesel/heavy oil flexible, good for remote sites Biomass use your own waste (wood chips, husk) as fuel, near-zero fuel cost Waste heat if you have a boiler, kiln, or power plant nearby, we design a heat exchanger

    Yes, within reasonable limits. A dryer sized for sand can also process gravel, ore, or coal. But switching between very different materials (e.g., wet sticky clay vs dry free-flowing sand) may need lifting plate adjustment. We recommend dedicating one dryer per material family for consistent quality and throughput. For multi-material plants, we can design interchangeable lifting plate segments.

    Yes turnkey drying system: belt conveyor/hopper screw feeder combustion furnace (coal/gas/biomass) rotary dryer cyclone dust collector bag filter wet scrubber discharge conveyor control panel with VFD. Optional: hammer mill (pre crush oversized lumps), vibrating screen (classify output), bucket elevator, packing machine.

    We mainly manufacture new equipment, but occasionally have trade-in and refurbished units from customers upgrading capacity. These are inspected, worn parts replaced, tested, and sold with 3 6 month warranty. Ask our sales team about current used inventory availability varies. For budget-conscious projects, a refurbished dryer can save 40 60% vs new.
