4.Processing Flow
Material→Add to the large hopper above the block press machine feeding device→Screw feeding rotates forward to add raw materials into the mold→Sub-cylinder drives the main cylinder piston rod and punch to press down quickly→When the punch enters the mold cavity, the sub-cylinder turns to the main cylinder and slowly adds it, pressing the material in the mold into high-density block with high pressure→The main cylinder rises slightly (the punch does not come out of the mold)→The block-pushing cylinder retreats, driving the slider to retreat to the position where the block can be pressed out→The main cylinder descends quickly to press the pressed block out of the mold cavity, and the block-pushing cylinder drives the slider forward to push the block out, and resets at the same time→The sub-cylinder drives the main cylinder piston rod and punch to rise, completing an action cycle and entering the next cycle program.
