  • Adopts powerful hydraulic system to cold-press iron steel turnings, aluminum chips, copper shavings and mixed metal swarf into uniform high density cylindrical briquettes with NO binders or additives required keeps metal purity intact and briquettes can be charged directly into melting furnace.
  • Compacts loose bulky chips into dense blocks, reducing scrap volume by up to 6:1~10:1 saves valuable workshop floor space and drastically cuts container loading & freight costs for scrap dealers and foundries.
  • Squeezes out residual cutting oil, emulsion and coolant trapped in metal swarf during compression recovered fluid can be recycled back to the CNC machining line, lowering new coolant purchase and wastewater disposal costs.
  • Equipped with Siemens/Schneider electric components, screw feeder preventing bridging, and touch-screen PLC for auto feeding pressing ejection cycles. Supports uninterrupted 24h running with low labor requirement, ideal for integration into existing chip conveyor lines.
  • Suitable for cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass turnings grinding sludge. Briquette diameter 70 to160mm and mold shape can be customized per client's melting furnace or resale requirement. CE ISO optional, OEM supported.
