  • High-Density Briquettes & Volume Reduction Equipped with a powerful hydraulic system (up to 6300kN), this machine compresses loose steel swarf and aluminum powder into dense, uniform briquettes. It reduces scrap volume by 80-90%, significantly cutting down storage space and logistics costs.
  • Handles over 20 types of materials including aluminum, steel, cast iron, stainless steel, copper, zinc, magnesium, titanium, grinding sludge, foundry sand, sawing/milling chips, powdered alloys, slag compounds, battery waste, mineral powder, paper dust, wood chips, plastic powder - any flaky or granular material.
  • Integrated Coolant & Oil Recovery Our unique compression chamber design forces out residual cutting fluids and coolants during the pressing cycle. The integrated collection system achieves a recovery rate of 85-90%, allowing you to recycle expensive lubricants back into production while keeping the workspace clean.
  • Fully Automated PLC Control System Featuring a Siemens/Schneider PLC and HMI touchscreen, the operation is fully automated-from feeding to ejection. It supports one-click start, fault diagnostics, and remote monitoring, enabling 24/7 continuous operation with minimal manual intervention.
  • Cold Pressing Technology (No Binders Required) Utilizing cold-pressing technology, the machine forms briquettes without adding heat or chemical binders. This preserves the original metallurgical composition of the scrap, minimizing oxidation loss (10-20%) and ensuring the briquettes are furnace-ready for smelting.
  • Heavy-Duty Wear Resistance & Versatility Built with imported high-strength alloy steel molds and wear-resistant liners, the machine is designed for heavy industrial use. It handles a wide range of materials including alloy steel chips, cast iron borings, aluminum swarf, copper powder, and other metal fines. Custom mold sizes (Dia. 80-200mm) are available upon request.
