Product details
Atmospheric pressure regulated design requires zero electricity and zero battery for full operation lifetime
Two chamber connected reservoir system maintains optimal oil level automatically without any manual intervention
Passive mechanical operation means zero moving parts that can wear fail or require servicing over time
Transparent polycarbonate upper reservoir provides direct visual oil level inspection at any time
Preventive maintenance alert available through visible low level before oil runs out on the machine
Extended refill interval reduces scheduled maintenance frequency and labor cost versus manual oiling
Frequently asked questions
A constant level oiler uses a two-chamber design. The lower chamber connects directly to the equipment (bearing housing, gearbox etc) and its oil level matches the equipment oil level. The upper chamber is airtight and holds reserve oil. When oil level in the lower chamber drops below the preset line, atmospheric pressure pushes oil down from the upper chamber to compensate. No electricity required.
No. Completely mechanical operation powered by atmospheric pressure. No electricity, no batteries, no moving parts that require maintenance. Works reliably in remote locations, off-grid installations, and in any power-loss scenario.
Both have 500 ml capacity and same overall dimensions 290mm x Dia 91mm. The difference is the LOWER CUP material: HY-500 = polycarbonate plastic (standard, cost effective, visible); HY-500g = stainless steel 304 (heavy duty, corrosion resistant, food/chemical/marine grade). The upper reservoir is polycarbonate on both for visual oil level inspection.
NO. Constant level oilers are designed for liquid lubricating OIL only. They do NOT work with grease. If you need a grease lubricator, please ask for our BJZD series (automatic grease lubricator with battery powered pump).
NO. HY series is NOT explosion-proof certified. For hazardous areas (Zone 0/1/2 gas or Zone 20/21/22 dust) please use our BJZD series with Exib IIC T4 Gb certification. Using non-certified oilers in hazardous areas violates ATEX, IECEx and local regulations.
Minus 20 C to plus 125 C (-4 F to +257 F) standard range. This is by the NBR Buna-N O-ring and gasket material. For higher temperature applications (above 125 C), custom seals (Viton or silicone) are available on request.
Install steps: 1. Fix dedicated mounting bracket to the machine body (or near the equipment) 2. Fix oiler to the bracket in upright position 3. Critical: adjust oiler height so its OIL LEVEL LINE matches the equipment sight glass oil level line EXACTLY (not higher, not lower) 4. Wrap oiler outlet threads with PTFE tape or apply thread sealing adhesive 5. Connect stainless steel tube between oiler outlet and equipment oil inlet port 6. Fill oiler reservoir and verify level self-regulation Incorre
