It features high metering accuracy and fast control response, and can adapt to harsh working conditions with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and scale inhibition. Some automatic controllers are also equipped with a self-diagnosis function, which can display fault notifications in real time when equipment malfunctions. In addition, it supports multiple communication protocols such as Modbus RTU and Modbus ASCII to achieve remote data transmission and equipment interconnection. The application of automatic flow controllers for water injection wells effectively solves the problems of large water injection volume errors, poor timeliness, heavy well inspection workload and difficult water injection adjustment existing in traditional water injection systems.
