Applicable Raw Materials
It is suitable for processing river sand, machine-made sand, quartz sand, mountain sand, mixed sand, ore tailings sand, and various aggregate materials. It can effectively remove mud, dust, soil, and other impurities to meet the grading and quality requirements of construction sand.
Working Principle
The raw sand enters the washing zone for cleaning and impurity removal under water flushing and mechanical stirring. Then it is transported to the dewatering screen for high-frequency vibration dewatering. At the same time, the fine sand in the wastewater is recycled through the sand recycling system, realizing integrated washing, dewatering, and recycling in one process.
Structure Composition
