The Log Washer is a high-efficiency washing machine. It features big & strong paddles, long tank, and robust construction, making them highly effective in removing sticky clay and other impurity from ores, aggregates, and recycled materials. Available in various sizes and impurity, Log Washers are versatile tools for washing and classifying clay-bound materials, ensuring optimal material liberation and efficiency.
01.Durable Construction
Built with grade steel material and heavy-duty tank, Log Washers are designed to withstand harsh operating conditions, ensuring long-lasting performance.
02. Efficient Washing
The interlocking heavy-duty manganese steel paddles in rotating main shaft create a powerful scrubbing action, effectively breaking down and washing sticky clay and other impurity.
03.Adjustable Settings
Operators can customize the washing process by adjusting rotating speed, water flow and over flow plate size to suit specific material types.
04. High Capacity
Log Washers efficiently handle large volumes of big sized particles(70mm) materials, offering high capacity. They can also be paired with sand washers for expanded processing needs.
06.Low Maintenance and Safe
Features such as safeguard bearings and non-weld main shaft ensure easy maintenance and protection against shock loads. Designed for easy replacement of wearing parts(such as paddles), minimizing downtime and reducing operating costs. The fully enclosed drive system improve safety, reducing the risk of accidents during operation.
