  • One Washer for Multiple Fresh Materials: This fruit and vegetable bubble washing machine can process leafy greens, lettuce, cabbage, spinach, celery, cucumber, tomato, mushroom, apple, pear, grape, strawberry, potato, carrot, ginger and onion according to suitable washing settings.
  • Gentle for Leaves and Soft-Surface Produce: Air bubbles create rolling water movement instead of strong brush contact, helping reduce bruising and surface damage to delicate vegetables and fruits. Very soft, overripe or easily broken materials should be tested before ordering.
  • Effective for General Surface Cleaning: The bubble and water-wave action helps wash away loose soil, sand, dust and surface impurities. For root vegetables covered with heavy clay or hard soil, pre-rinsing or an additional brush washing machine may be recommended.
  • Heating for Cold Seasons: The integrated or optional heating system supports warm-water washing when the ambient temperature is low. Temperature settings can be selected according to the material, local food-processing requirements and customer operation method.
  • Material Testing Support: Customers can provide photos, videos or samples of their raw materials before ordering. We can help evaluate whether bubble washing is suitable and recommend the tank size, washing time, functional configuration and related processing equipment.
