Product details

Combine 3 large-section aluminum power cores and 8 copper signal control cores in one flat cable. One-line wiring simplifies well bore laying, reduces installation space and construction cost for ESP system.

Adopt polyimide-F46 film and EPDM double insulation structure. Withstand long-term downhole high temperature up to 150℃, resist crude oil, hydrocarbon and gas erosion, guarantee safe medium voltage operation at 5kV rated voltage.

Lead alloy inner sheath blocks water, oil and gas penetration completely. Monel alloy interlocked armor resists extrusion, abrasion and sulfide corrosion, reach IP68 grade for long-term immersion in oil well boreholes.

Continuous working temperature up to 150℃, special version supports 204℃/232℃ ultra-high temperature; bendable construction at -40℃ low temperature. Adapt vertical laying, high pressure and slight saline-alkali oil well working conditions.

Designed for onshore and offshore oil well submersible pump power & monitoring signal transmission, matched wiring between ground control cabinet and downhole units. Optional multi flame retardant grades; not applicable to long-term fresh water soaking and severe acid-base chemical pipelines.
