  • Robust generator end built with welded steel frame and cast iron end shields, finished in hammer tone teal paint that resists rust chipping and oil corrosion in harsh site conditions. High grade silicon steel laminations and pure copper windings provide low loss and stable output. Class B insulation system reinforced by varnish dipping withstands moisture dust and tropical climate, suitable for long hour continuous duty in agricultural industrial and standby power applications.
  • Three phase AC synchronous generator rated 20kW 400V 50Hz 1500rpm with three phase four wire star connection and power factor 0.8 lagging, full load current 36.1A. Self excited constant voltage system holds steady state voltage regulation within plus minus 5% from no load to full load, delivering stable power for induction motor starting and mixed resistive loads. Compact 4 pole design matches common single cylinder and multi cylinder diesel engine output for direct belt coupling.
  • Solves common site problems including unstable voltage under fluctuating loads and difficult starting of large induction motors. Generous copper section and optimized magnetic circuit improve overload capability and reduce heating under continuous operation. Accessible brush and regulator design enables on site maintenance, brush replacement is done without full disassembly, cutting downtime and service cost for rural workshops farms small factories and backup power users.
  • Complete package includes triple groove V belt pulley for belt driven coupling with diesel engine, top mounted control box with analog voltmeter and pilot lamp, lifting eye for hoisting and wide channel steel base with pre drilled mounting holes for easy frame installation. Ventilation louvers and side mesh cover ensure effective air flow at rated output. Optional AVR upgrade, alternative voltage configurations and custom shaft keyway available on request.
