Product details

Our hydraulic splitter is a powerful rock splitter and concrete splitter designed for non-explosive demolition and static blasting. It is widely used in quarry mining, mine rock splitting, tunneling, non-explosive tunnel excavation, foundation pit demolition, old building demolition, slope trimming, riverway treatment, secondary rock breaking, and reinforced concrete crushing.

Working Principle: The hydraulic splitting machine consists of a hydraulic power unit and splitting pistons (also known as splitting rod or splitter cylinder). Using high pressure hydraulic splitting up to 63MPa working hydraulic pressure, the machine generates 400 ton splitting force inside pre-drilled holes with splitter hole diameter of 42mm, 46mm, or 90mm. The splitting time per cycle is only 10-20 seconds, achieving vibration-free breaking without explosives.
