    We work with ABS, PC, PP, PA (Nylon), POM, PEEK, PVC, Silicone, and more. Material selection guidance is available based on your application requirements.

    MOQ starts at 1 piece for sampling and prototyping. For mass production with tooling amortization, we recommend 500-1,000 pieces minimum for cost efficiency.

    Mold fabrication: 15-25 business days. First article samples (T1): available within 3-5 days after mold completion. Mass production: 7-15 business days after sample approval.

    Yes. We offer threaded inserts (heat-set / ultrasonic), CNC post-machining, tapping, and assembly as standard post-processing options.

    Options include glossy, matte, textured (EDM grain), painting, spray coating, silk-screen printing, UV coating, and custom color matching (Pantone/RAL).

    Yes. We support overmolding (soft-over-hard, rubber-over-plastic) and two-shot (2K) injection molding for multi-material or multi-color components.

    Every production run includes first article inspection (FAI), in-process QC, and final dimensional/visual checks before shipment. CMM and caliper verification reports are available on request.
