Product description
Usage and purpose
When the wheeled sand washing machine is operating, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through the V-belt, reducer,and gear. Sand and gravel enter the washing tank from the feeding slot, roll and grind with each other under the drive of the impeller, removing impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel and breaking the water vapor layer covering the sand grains to facilitate dewatering. At the same time, water is added to form a strong water flow, which promptly carries away impurities and foreign objects with low specific gravity and discharges them from the overflow outlet of the washing tank,completing the cleaning process. Clean sand and gravel are carried away by the blades and poured into the discharge slot from the rotating impeller, completing the cleaning of sand and gravel. It is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, hydropower,and other industries for washing, grading, and impurity removal operations, suitable for washing operations of fine and coarse granularity materials.
