    It is suitable for all kinds of PP and PE solid and hollow profiles, such as decorative strips, edge trims, U/L shape profiles, industrial profiles and outdoor WPC profiles. By changing the mould, different profile shapes can be produced.

    Equipped with a professional vacuum calibration table, the line ensures stable vacuum sizing, precise dimension control, flat surface and no deformation.

    Yes. The haul-off machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation. The speed can be precisely matched with the extrusion speed to avoid stretching or shrinking of profiles.

    Yes. The line is equipped with a tilting table for automatic material receiving and tilting unloading. We can also add an automatic stacking system to save labor.

    The die structure is optimized for quick replacement. One set of machine can produce dozens of different profile types.

    The extruder adopts multi-stage independent temperature control. The temperature difference is small, ensuring uniform plasticization and stable product quality.
