It has ceramic heating rings with rock wool insulation, reducing power consumption by 30%. Equipped with high-torque SJ series extruder and precision moulds, ensuring good corrugations and stable operation, meeting mass production needs. The line adopts modular design, including automatic feeding system, SJ series extruder high speed aluminum mold water-cooled forming machine, spraying cooling tank, cutting system and stacker. It can adjust configuration according to different pipe diameters.

The line features compact layout, simple installation and convenient maintenance. It is compatible with HDPE,PE, PP materials. The pipes have high ring stiffness, strong pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life. It is suitable for municipal drainage, highway/railway water seepage, community and industrial park pipelines, farmland irrigation and other projects.
