    for prime using models are warranted in accordance with our warranty terms for a period of 1000 hours from date of commissioning or 12 months from date of despatch whichever date occurs the sooner.

    Our products can be used in cold, hot, humid and other harsh climates. If it is used in extreme special conditions, you can tell us. We will provide customized equipment for you according to the actual situation.

    For better protection of products, customers are advised to use FCL transport, try not to ship by LCL. We will wrap the film around our diesel generators or use fumigation-free wooden boxes. The cost of the wooden cases must be accounted for separately.

    We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight, L/C deferred payment terms or west union.
