Lead-acid chargers use a 13.8V float voltage and bulk/absorption/float profile incompatible with LiFePO4 chemistry. This battery requires a dedicated LiFePO4 charger with 14.6V CV charge cut off and 12V discharge cut off. Incorrect chargers will result in incomplete charging, shortened cycle life and repeated BMS protection triggers. Compatible charger recommendations and supply are available on request, please consult before first charge.

Charging below 0°C is unsafe for LFP chemistry, sub zero temperatures cause lithium plating and permanent cumulative capacity loss. The built in 4S BMS includes low temperature charge protection that blocks charging under 0°C. For cold climate installations (RV, off-grid, marine), we recommend a self heating solution or temperature controlled storage and charging. Discharge capacity at -20°C is 15 to 20% lower than the 25°C rating, which is normal for LFP batteries.

OEM customization (private label, custom logo, packaging artwork) and standard spec changes (terminal layout, cable length, enclosure color) both carry a 100-unit MOQ.
