  • 1) Extrusion System: Utilizes high-torque single or twin-screw extruders specifically designed to process TPO compounds with flame retardants and UV stabilizers without material degradation.
  • 2) T-Die & Calender: A precision T-die ensures uniform melt distribution, which is then fed into a Three-Roll Calender stack. This stack sets the final thickness (accuracy within ±0.05mm) and applies the slip-resistant texture.
  • 3) Automation: Advanced lines feature full PLC control (Siemens or Delta) with HMI touchscreens for real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, and synchronized line speed.
  • 4) Downstream Units: Includes multi-roller cooling brackets to prevent warping, online edge trimming, and automatic flying shear cutters for precise sizing.
  • 2. Production Process
  • 1) Dosing & Feeding: Precise mixing of TPO resin and additives via gravimetric systems.
  • 2) Extrusion: Melting and homogenization of the compound through the T-die.
  • 3) Calendering: Simultaneous thickness setting and embossing of the anti-skip pattern.
  • 4) Cooling & Trimming: Controlled cooling to stabilize the sheet followed by edge removal.
  • 5) Final Sizing: Automatic cutting into specific lengths or winding into rolls.
