LY Series Plate-Frame Pressure Oil Purifier is widely deployed in power plants, mineral enterprises, lube oil depots, machinery service stations, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and national-defense-related facilities. It efficiently removes free water, solid particles and other contaminants from transformer oil, turbine oil, engine oil, diesel oil, kerosene and aviation hydraulic oil. When fitted with stainless-steel components, this unit can also handle edible-grade oil media. The equipment mainly consists of filter bed, oil transfer pump and pre-filter. Filter consumables like filter paper or filter fuse are clamped between filter boards and filter plates. Under compression from the tightening device, independent sealed filter chambers are formed. Oil passes through the filter media to achieve solid-liquid separation and impurity capture. Boasting a robust yet simple mechanical structure, this purifier requires minimal specialized training for daily operation and maintenance. It fits transformer oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil, engine oil, gear oil and most industrial lubricants. We have different models for different working conditions.

Standard flow rate: 600L/H, 1200L/H, 1800L/H, 3000L/H, 6000L/H. Custom large flow is available.
