  • The PFC series impact crusher not only has wear-resistant liners of different strengths and types but also develops a unique blow bar attachment system. The hammers of the PFC series impact crushers are fixed to the rotor by a set of wedge assemblies, which provide greater tightening torque than other manufacturers.
  • The blow bar and rotor contact surface are finely machined, eliminating dearance between the rotor and the blow bars. It reduces the risks of plate hammer breakage and breaking through the traditional restrictions, making it possible to use cast iron material as a plate hammer.
  • Easy Maintenance Safe and Reliable
  • The PFC series' hydraulic settings could open the frame and set the discharge port. Inspection doors locate both sides of crusher for inspection, maintenance, and replacement. The blow bar can be changed horizontally and vertically which suits different applications. The PFC series of impact crushers greatly increase the modularity of the wear parts and significantly reduce the wear parts.
  • The PFC series impact crusher at different rates of wear in operation of the parts, so it can be exchanged to reduce the inventory of spare parts and wear parts. The sensors on the PFC series impact the crusher frame to prevent accidental starting at maintenance to ensure safety.
  • Application flexibility, easy to operate
  • Easily build your crusher configuration by adding the suitable options for your application: Fully hydraulic breaker plate adjustment setting to reduce downtime. Third breaker plate to control the top product size in an open circuit. Different grades of steel and cast iron for the blow bars, breaker plates and side liners to decrease the wear cost.

    The selection should be based on the material's hardness (Mohs hardness), moisture content, feed size, discharge requirements(finished product particle size) and capacity needs,It is advisable to provide specific material parameters, and we will issue a customized selection plan.

    A single machine can be purchased separately, or it can be combined with supporting equipment such as feeders, vibrating screens, belt conveyors, and dust collectors to form a complete production line.

We provide paid on-site installation services (on-site installation includes foundation survey, equipment positioning and commissioning operation to ensure the equipment is put into production up to standard); A detailed installation manual and video tutorial are provided to help the on-site personnel of the customer get started quickly.After the installation and commissioning of the equipment are completed, our engineers will provide on-site training for the customer's operators.

    Installation and commissioning cycle for a single machine: 3-7 days; Installation cycle for the whole production line: 15-45 days (adjusted according to the scale).

    Service life of wearing parts: Jaw plates (for hard rock crushing) last 3-6 months, liners last 2-4 months, and hammers (for soft rock) last 1-3 months (specifically depending on the material hardness and processing capacity).

    Warranty period: The main machine has a 1-year warranty (excluding wearing parts), and the motor has a 6-month warranty (in accordance with the motor manufacturer's standards).
