  • Sand Washing Line Processing Flow (Step-by-Step)
  • Feeding & Pre-screening Raw materials (river sand, gravel or ore sand) are fed into a vibrating screen. Large impurities such as stones, clods and debris are screened out preliminarily.
  • Washing & Cleaning The qualified sand enters the sand washer (wheel or spiral type). Under strong water flushing and mechanical stirring, mud, dust and fine powder are separated from sand particles.
  • Dewatering & Drainage Clean sand is lifted and dewatered to reduce water content, then discharged to the stock pile for finished products.
  • Sludge & Wastewater Treatment Muddy water flows into a sedimentation tank or recycling system. Sludge settles at the bottom, and clear water is recycled for reuse to save water and reduce pollution.
