Fisher DVC6200 valve positioner is Emerson's advanced smart digital valve controller that converts a 4-20 mA control signal into precise pneumatic output with HART communication. Featuring a linkage-less non-contact feedback system using Hall Effect sensor, it eliminates wear and vibration issues while providing fast, accurate positioning for both large steps and small setpoint changes. Fully encapsulated electronics ensure excellent protection against harsh vibration, temperature extremes, and corrosive environments, making the DVC6200 a highly reliable smart HART positioner for demanding applications.

This Fisher FIELDVUE DVC6200 offers HART 5/7 communication for remote configuration, monitoring, and advanced diagnostics including valve health monitoring, partial stroke testing, and predictive maintenance. Key specifications include 4-20 mA input, supply pressure up to 10 bar (145 psig), travel range of 6.35-606 mm (linear) or 45°-180° (rotary), very low air consumption, operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C, IP66/NEMA 4X protection, and hazardous area approvals (ATEX, IECEx, CSA, FM) with SIL 3 capability. It supports flexible mounting on Fisher and non-Fisher linear or rotary actuators.
