    2 years warranty on unit, inside battery: 5 years or 2000cycles, whichever comes first. For general minor problems, we will provide maintenance instructions and deliver spare parts. Customers can repair and replace spare parts by themselves according to the instructions. If it cannot be repaired within the warranty period, our company will provide new product replacement.

    I searched for a long time for a product with these specifications – and was very pleasantly surprised. The manufacturer exceeded my expectations. The quality is excellent. The extreme test (a demanding weekend) is coming soon. If the 6 kW model passes the test, I'll definitely order the 24 kW (2 x 12 kW) version as a follow-up. Communication is first-rate. The process is professional, responsive, and flexible. The delivery arrived perfectly packaged and undamaged.
