(1) If you want to customize your logo, the sample production time is about 7-10 days and then ship out. If not, samples can be shipped 3 days later. (2) Below 500 pieces: 7 days; 500-10000pieces:15-20 days; above 10000 pieces: negotiation. (3) If your customized samples contains logo process. We will charge some opening edition fee. But when you want to continue to place bulk orders with us, we will refund the opening edition fee to your bulk orders.

(1) Quality inspection during the production. (2) If there are quality problems with the product, provide return and exchange services. (3) When you receive our samples and find that your products do not meet your needs, you can contact our sales assistants.
