  • HNBR 3603 is a high-performance hydrogenated nitrile rubber manufactured by Sinopec Qilu Petrochemical. Produced using 's independently developed solution-phase hydrogenation technology at a 5,000-ton/year facility, this specialty elastomer offers** exceptional heat resistance, excellent oil resistance, and superior aging resistance**. It is the ideal material for automotive timing belts, oil seals, and oilfield sealing applications.

  • Superior Heat Resistance- With hydrogenation degree >99%, HNBR 3603 can be used long-term at 150℃, far exceeding conventional NBR. The saturated backbone structure provides outstanding thermal stability.
  • Excellent Oil & Chemical Resistance - Retains NBR's excellent oil resistance while significantly improving high-temperature oil stability. Resists fuels, acids, alkalis, and various chemicals.
  • Outstanding Aging Resistance -The near-complete saturation of the molecular chain provides exceptional resistance to ozone, oxygen, and heat aging, extending product service life.
  • Low Compression Set - Maintains excellent sealing force even after prolonged compression at high temperatures, ideal for critical sealing applications.
  • High Mechanical Strength - High tensile strength and good tear resistance provide reliable performance under demanding conditions.
  • Market Proven - Successfully replaced imported materials in automotive timing belt applications after passing rigorous 5-round testing (over 10 parameters fully). Achieved first batch export in March 2025.
