Product details

High rigidity bed design, The bed width reaches 600 mm, and some models adopt a box-shaped, diagonal rib composite structure, which significantly improves the overall rigidity and vibration resistance

Large through-hole spindle,The diameter of the spindle through-hole is 225 mm, which supports through-type clamping of long pipe fittings, and is equipped with chucks at the front and rear (usually three-claw or four-claw)

Heavy-duty cutting capability, The outer diameter range of the pipes that can be processed is 50to219 mm (some data say up to 220 mm), suitable for heavy-duty cutting of high-strength materials

Wear-resistant guide rail system: The guide rail surface is super audio quenched, and the bed saddle adopts wear-resistant inlaid structure (such as TSF), which effectively avoids "crawling" and ensures movement accuracy

Double chuck clamping: Front and rear double chuck structure achieves stable clamping of both ends of long pipe fittings and improves processing stability
