Main working principle

Material Feeding: Powdery raw materials are stored in the hopper and evenly fed into the extrusion area of the two rollers via a frequency conversion control spiral feeder.

High-Pressure Extrusion: Driven by the motor and reducer, the two rollers rotate synchronously in opposite directions. Hydraulic system provides stable pressure, pressing the material into the pre-designed ball sockets on the roller surfaces.

Briquette Forming: The material is compressed to form dense briquettes under high pressure. As the rollers continue to rotate, the briquettes fall off automatically due to gravity and internal elastic force of the material.

Protection & Circulation: If hard impurities enter the extrusion area, the hydraulic protection device will adjust the roller gap to let impurities pass, avoiding equipment damage. Unqualified briquettes can be crushed and reprocessed through the circulation system.
