Operational Principle of Cassava Peeling Machine

Materials are conveyed into the rotating drum by the hoist and start tumbling. The drum wall is lined with a set of triangular angle irons that stay constantly dampened. Continuous collision between the tumbling materials and wetted angle irons shakes off all surface mud thoroughly. The separated sand and silt sink into the mud collection tank and get drained through two mud outlets. After being double-cleaned in two stages, the processed materials flow out automatically at the end with zero manual intervention.
