Product details

The SJSZ65/132 is a widely utilized conical twin-screw extruder primarily designed for high-efficiency processing of PVC powder and heat-sensitive materials. Its unique conical geometry provides a large feeding area and superior plasticizing capabilities compared to parallel designs, making it ideal for high-filler applications.

1. Core Technical Specifications

1) Output Capacity: 220 - 300 kg/h, depending on the material formulation.

2) Screw Parameters: Two conical screws with diameters of 65mm (discharge) and 132mm (feeding).

3) Drive System: Equipped with a 30 kW or 37 kW AC motor, often controlled by Siemens or ABB frequency inverters.

4) Heating Power: 20 - 24 kW provided by cast-aluminum across multiple heating zones.

2. Key Structural Features

1) Nitrided Components: The screw and barrel are made from 38CrMoAlA high-quality alloy steel, treated with nitriding or bimetallic coating to ensure extreme wear and corrosion resistance.

2) Advanced Cooling: Features air cooling for the barrel and internal oil cooling for the screw core to maintain precise melt temperatures and prevent material degradation.

3) Vacuum Degassing: Includes a dedicated vacuum pump (typically 1.5 kW) to remove moisture and volatiles, ensuring the final product is free of bubbles and high in density.

4) High-Torque Gearbox: Utilizes a heavy-duty vertical gearbox with hardened teeth ( Jiangyin brand is common) to ensure stable long-term operation under high pressure.

3. Primary Applications

The SJSZ65/132 serves as the core component for several industrial production lines

1) PVC Pipe Production: Manufacturing conduit, water supply (50 - 110mm), and drainage pipes.

2) Profile Extrusion: Creating window frames, door panels, and WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) profiles.

3) Sheet & Panel Making: Producing PVC marble sheets, decorative wall panels, and foam boards.

4) Pelletizing: Recycling and compounding PVC powder into granules.
