  • This GMAW solid welding wire complies with AWS A5.28 ER90S-B3 American Standard. ER90S-B3 belongs to 2.25Chromium-1Molybdenum creep-resistant low alloy steel welding consumable. It is specially developed for welding 12Cr2Mo1, ASTM A335 P22 and A387 Gr.22 high temperature pressure-resistant steel. The deposited metal features stable high-temperature strength, excellent creep resistance and reliable anti-temper embrittlement property. The melting range is 1425℃~1485℃, maximum continuous service temperature reaches 600℃.

  • Uniform and compact copper coating on wire surface, good oxidation and rust resistance during long-term storage, achieve consistent, smooth wire feeding for automatic and semi-automatic welding equipment.
