5,Equal proportional hydraulic flow composite valve controlling hydraulic system, and the hydraulic pressure is adjustable. It has the function of automatic pressure compensation and delaying shutdown pressure-maintaining.

This hydraulic system has the working mode of dual speed, that is to say, close to high speed at low pressure and close to low speed at high pressure. Multiple exhaust times can be set, and it can assure the die plate pressure up to saturation, it is very suitable for all membrane material precision hot-pressing.

6,Human and computer interface operating system of PLC programmable LCD touch screen controlling, and it can be set and display all the moulding parameters,exhaust time, exhaust times, heating temperature,vulcanizing time and pressure size, and moulding process can be motion display and real time monitor. Visual culvanization curve and accurate and reliable parameters.

USB data output interface is available and can connect computer to remote monitor and print the display results which can be convenient for analysing all parameters.
