Frequently asked questions

Our tubing and casing heads are manufactured in strict accordance with API 6A/ISO 10423 specification. We utilize high-strength, low-alloy forged steels such as AISI 4140/4130 and offer materials grades including AA, BB, CC, DD, EE, FF, HH to meet various pressure, temperature (e.g., PSL 1-3, PR 1-2), and corrosive service conditions (including sour service per NACE MR0175).

Our MOQ is 1 set for standard wellhead equipment. For large projects or customized designs, we offer flexible terms. Standard products can be shipped within 30-45 days from order confirmation, thanks to our strategic inventory of critical forgings and components.

Quality is paramount. Every product undergoes rigorous testing, including shell pressure test (1.5 x rated working pressure), seat pressure test, and gas/low-pressure sealing tests. Critical components are subject to 100% non-destructive testing (UT/MT). All tests are documented per API 6A requirements.

We can provide full API 6A Monogram certification for eligible products. Standard deliverables include Material Test Reports (MTRs), Certificate of Conformity (CoC), factory test records, and assembly drawings. Third-party inspection (e.g., DNV, BV, SGS) is welcome and supported.
