*The non-contact and connectionless position feedback mode based on Hall effect is adopted.

*Temperature range - 40 to+85 ℃ (- 40 to+185 ° F): - 52 ℃ (- 61.6 ° F) fluorosilicone elastomer. The low temperature limit of Ex d structure extremely cold CUTR is 60 ° C (- 76 ° F) with a maximum inlet pressure of 10 barg (145 psig).
