1. Integrated PSA Oxygen Generator This industrial oxygen generator integrates an air compressor, air filters, cooler, lithium molecular sieve adsorption towers and PCB control in one compact unit. The integrated design supports convenient power-on operation and provides a dependable oxygen source for industrial oxygen production equipment.

2. Lithium Molecular Sieve PSA Separation The PSA oxygen generator uses high-performance lithium molecular sieve as its core adsorbent. Compressed air is filtered and cooled to reduce oil, dust and moisture before entering the molecular sieve bed. Under pressure, the sieve selectively adsorbs nitrogen while oxygen is enriched and delivered as product gas.

3. Automatic Adsorption and Regeneration When the molecular sieve reaches adsorption saturation, pressure is reduced to release adsorbed nitrogen and regenerate the bed. PCB-controlled automatic switching enables alternating pressurized adsorption and depressurized regeneration between towers, helping maintain continuous and stable oxygen output.

4. Integrated Air Treatment Components The built-in compressor, filtration and cooling components condition the feed air before PSA separation.
